Next Door Programs is the largest national home buying initiative in the U.S., providing grants, down payment assistance, and exclusive programs for essential workers, including teachers, nurses, law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs, military, and government employees. As part of their mission to support homebuyers, my role involved working directly with the Director of Operations to create a professional, branded online presence and targeted marketing collateral to increase program awareness and streamline the home buying process.

The Video Business Card (VBC) is a digital marketing tool designed to showcase a business’s unique offerings in a brief, engaging format. It acts like a virtual salesperson, delivering consistent messaging about services, values, and expertise. Available 24/7, the VBC builds emotional connections, answers common questions, and helps drive sales, improving brand perception and increasing conversion rates.

This strategy focused on optimizing feeds, crafting compelling copy, developing editorial calendars, defining content pillars, conducting market research, implementing hashtag strategies, auditing content, and analyzing performance—all aimed at boosting social media metrics and driving more clicks to application forms.
