Campito De Mois
Campito De Mois, one of the most popular restaurants in Hato Mayor, Dominican Republic, aimed to revamp its brand and storefront for the 2024 holiday season. They introduced a new dining hall, updated menu information, and innovative new dishes. However, with just an online-only menu, they recognized the need for a physical menu to reflect the town’s culinary heritage. The project aimed to elevate the dining experience and set the visual tone for future marketing materials. With a tight four-week timeline, the goal was to deliver high-quality results that would position the brand alongside top Dominican and U.S. restaurant designs.
Print Menu
With 148 dishes and a 4-page limit, the menu was tailored to reflect the town’s agricultural, cattle farming, and Taino roots—its name translating to "Herd of the King" and "Campito De Mois" translating to "Mois' Countryside/Farm." Inspired by local hand-painted wall art, the design incorporates canvas textures, hand-brushed fonts, and lush Dominican imagery, tapping into the heart of farm-to-table experiences central to local life. Created with Adobe InDesign.

Menu Food Photography
To create consistent, high-quality images for the menu and marketing materials, HDR photography with manual blending in Photoshop was used. A dedicated pop-up studio in the dining hall ensured standardized lighting, camera setup, and editing style. Each dish was shot with three images—base lighting and edge light—then blended for consistent results. Shot with Sony and edited with Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop
